Privacy policy of Fun Park

  1. The administrator of your personal data is FUN24 Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kraków, Osiedle Teatralne 10, hereinafter referred to as the Owner.
  2. How did they come into possession of your personal data?

    The data we process was provided to us by you during the reservation process by phone, email, through social media or during direct contacts during your visit to Fun Park, i.e.: while filling in the Declaration of Participant of the Games, while filling in the Declaration - Consent for sending Fun Park offer, we received it during direct business contacts e.g. during promotional actions, at trade fairs, visits to schools and other educational institutions.

  3. What data do we hold on you, for what purpose and on what legal basis do we process the data, and where are they stored?

    The primary purpose of processing our customers' personal data is to fulfil our obligations resulting from the services provided by the Park, the handling of orders, bookings made and marketing activities concerning the Park's offer. In addition, legal regulations require us to process data for tax and accounting purposes.

    1. Personal data filled in on the Declaration before starting to play laser tag or before entering the escape room (name, date of birth and signature) is used only for purposes connected with the provision of services offered by the Park and is used to confirm the identity of Participants, to conclude a declaration of willingness to participate in a chosen attraction and to verify Participants and their age. They are kept both in hard copy (for a fortnight, then destroyed) and electronically (photo/scan of the Declaration on a secure server).
    2. The personal data provided when making a booking (name, telephone number, email address - in the case of organised events) is used solely for the purpose of verifying the booking and for contacting the client about the booking made, and is deleted 14 days after the booking is made. Until deletion, it is stored in the Google Calendar service from Google LLC. This data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, i.e. to Google LLC (in the Google Calendar service) based on appropriate legal safeguards, which are standard contractual clauses for the protection of personal data approved by the European Commission.
    3. The personal data provided in the live chat, are used exclusively for the purpose of contacting the customer back and will not be archived.
    4. Personal data for marketing purposes are used only after the acceptance of an additional Declaration - Consent to send Fun Park offer, which specifies precisely the type of data (through available communication channels, especially e-mail, telephone, live chat or Messenger), how they will be processed, and they concern only the offer of Fun Park services. These statements are stored on paper (for a fortnight, then destroyed) as well as electronically (photo/scan of the statement) on a secure server and in the Google Drive service from Google LLC for the duration of the consent given.
    5. Personal data for loyalty programmes, competitions and promotional campaigns are collected in separate Statements and/or upon acceptance of the relevant Rules and Regulations relating to them, and are used exclusively for the purposes of providing services and contacting the Customer.
    6. The data required for issuing a Vat Invoice are used exclusively for this purpose and are deleted (email) or destroyed (paper version) once the purpose has been fulfilled.
  4. What rights do you have with regard to data processing?

    We ensure that your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (RODO) are exercised, i.e. the right to access, rectification, and erasure of your data, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, and the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

    You may make a request to us in respect of your personal data rights to:

    1. rectification (correction of data);
    2. erasure of data processed unduly or posted on our websites;
    3. restriction of processing (withholding of data operations or non-deletion of data - depending on the request made);
    4. access to the data (to request information about the data processed by us and a copy of the data);
    5. transfer of the data to another data controller or to you (to the extent specified in Article 20 of the DPA).

      The Park Customer's personal data is provided voluntarily and you have the right to inspect it at any time. You can revoke or restrict your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time by writing to us at: marketing@funpark.net.pl.
  5. With whom do we share your data?

    We would like to inform you that your data can also be accessed by entities that provide services for Fun Park which guarantee the proper functioning of the Park. We would like to point out that the aforementioned entities are obliged to comply with the same rules and principles relating to the security and processing of personal data. Among the entities providing services to us may be:

    1. accounting offices;
    2. hosting providers;
    3. postal or courier companies;
    4. law firms
    5. debt collection companies;
    6. park operation software providers;
    7. entities carrying out payment activities (banks, payment institutions that allow electronic payment) - also for the purpose of making refunds to you;
    8. entities providing us with consulting, marketing, advisory, auditing services
  6. Do we process your personal data automatically, in a way that affects your rights?

    Your personal data may be processed automatically (including for profiling), but this will not have any legal effect on you or similarly significantly affect you.

    The profiling of your personal data by FUN24 Ltd. involves the processing of your data (including by automated means), by using it to assess certain information about your preferences (which attractions you are interested in, which days of the week, times of the week are optimal for you, which types of packages) in particular to analyse or forecast your personal preferences and needs in order to be able, with your consent, to offer you in the future a special offer with a discount on attractions in the configuration that interests you.

  7. Cookies.

    We would like to inform you that our website, located at the following address: www.funpark.net.pl, uses a mechanism: cookies, i.e. a collection of digital information, small text fragments, which the website sends to your browser and which the browser sends back the next time you visit the website, which enables us to analyse your activity during your visit to our website. Among other things, cookies allow us to display the website according to your preferences, as well as for us to compile statistics that help us to improve our website. If your browser has the option to automatically save your settings, you will not need to agree to leave cookies every time. You may also choose not to allow cookies to be stored on your computer, but if you do so, you must expect some restrictions on the functionality of the website.
